Meaghan K. Kessler earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a certification in Organizational Performance Management and a minor in Communications from Florida State University in May 2003. Ms. Kessler then received her Master Degree in the Behavior Analysis Program of Western Michigan University in December 2004. Ms. Kessler received her Juris Doctor in May 2008 from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. While attending law school, Ms. Kessler was actively involved in the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, Phi Alpha Delta, the and Guardian Ad Litem program. During her last year of law school, Ms. Kessler became a Certified Legal Intern and represented indigent clients through the Children and Families Law Clinic at Nova Southeastern University. Additionally, Ms. Kessler was a member and competitor of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, placing second in the ABA Regional Client Counseling Competition. Ms. Kessler was also the recipient of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers scholarship for her outstanding achievements.
